Ever since I got my Nikon D90, I have been looking forward to add lenses and other accessories. After getting familiar with my camera and its kitlens, it was time to buy another lens. Having saved only a small amount of money due to my studies, I decided to go for a second-hand lens. It became the Tamron AF 55-200mm F/4-5.6 Macro.
To try-out my newly bought lens, I went to the temporary sunflower field at the Delft train station. It was a nice day, and the bumblebee and other insects were active around the sunflowers. While I was taking some pictures of the sunflowers a bumblebee landed on the flower I was taking a picture of, which ended up being one of the best pictures of the day. In the end I am very happy with my new lens and look forward to take more pictures with it.
